Flagship · A store the owner runs alone

Lumelle

A boutique beauty retailer in Iraq needed to sell online in three languages. Today the owner runs the entire store alone — products, orders, discounts, refunds — without ever calling a developer.

  • Customers shop in Arabic, Kurdish or English — with correct right-to-left layouts and search that understands Arabic spelling variations
  • One dashboard for everything: orders, inventory, promotions, reviews — built for a non-technical owner
  • A full marketing toolkit built in: discount codes, bundles, gift cards, spend-more-save-more deals, wholesale pricing
  • Serious security: two-factor admin login, tamper-proof pricing, automatic blocking of break-in attempts

02 · How I work

A team's output. One person accountable.

This is the honest answer to how one builder ships what usually takes an agency — and why that's good news for your budget.

One person accountable

I lead and architect every project myself. You always know who's responsible, who to call, and who answers for the result — no account managers, no hand-offs.

AI does the heavy lifting

I direct AI systems that write and test a large share of the code under my supervision. That's how one builder delivers what used to take a team — in weeks, not months.

Everything repeatable gets automated

Testing, deployment, backups, reports — if it can run itself, I make it run itself. Less manual work means fewer mistakes and lower cost, for me and for you.

Specialists when the job needs them

For deep backend and infrastructure work, a trusted engineer joins the project. You get the right hands on the right problems — without paying for a bench of idle people.

No mystery, no overselling: this website was built exactly this way. If the model works for my own business, it can work for yours.

What I build for businesses

Something else?

If it runs in a browser or behind the scenes on a computer, I can probably build it. Describe it — worst case, I'll tell you honestly that I can't. Best case, it ships.

Ask me

Prices start here and scale with how advanced you need it — more pages, more features and more automation move the number. You always get one exact, fixed quote after a free call, before any work begins.

04 · Working together

No surprises, start to finish

Most owners have been burned by a project that dragged on with a price that kept growing. Here's how this one won't.

  1. Free call

Tell me about your business — in Kurdish or English, on WhatsApp or wherever suits you. No commitment, no jargon.

  2. Fixed plan & price

You get a clear proposal: what will be built, what it costs, and when it's done — before anything starts. The price is fixed for what we agree; if you add more later, you see the new number first.

  3. Build in the open

You see progress every week — real demos on WhatsApp, not status reports. Small changes along the way are usually free; bigger ones get a quick quote first, never a surprise bill.

  4. Handoff & support

You own everything: the site, the code, the accounts. I hand it over working, teach you to run it, and stay reachable.

    Taking new projects

I'm Peshang — a builder from Erbil. I started with HTML and a browser, went deep on the modern web stack, and I'm now in my third year of Information Technology studies while shipping real production software — including a store a real business runs on every day.

My flagship build is Lumelle: a boutique beauty retailer needed to sell online in three languages — including Arabic and Kurdish with proper right-to-left layouts. Today the owner runs the entire store alone: products, orders, discounts, refunds. No developer on call. That's what finished means to me.

I work differently than an agency: I lead and architect every project personally, direct AI systems that handle a large share of the implementation, and automate everything repeatable. For specialized backend work, a trusted engineer joins the project. You get a team's output with one person accountable — for well below what agencies charge, because there's no office or account managers to pay for.

06 · Questions

Answered before you ask

The honest answers to what every owner wants to know before the first call.

What does it cost?

It depends on how advanced you need it — that's the honest answer. A simple business website starts around $300; a full online store or custom system starts around $1,500. From there the price moves with the work: how many pages, how many features, how much you want automated. After a free call you get one exact number, fixed before anything starts. Because I work lean (no office, no account managers, AI doing the heavy lifting), that number lands well below typical agency rates.

I already sell on Instagram and WhatsApp — why do I need a store?

The store doesn't replace your Instagram — it ends the chaos. One link in your bio answers every price question, takes orders with a phone number and address while you sleep, and stops reserved-item ghosting. Your DMs go back to being marketing; the store becomes the cashier.

How long does it take?

Most business websites: 1–3 weeks. Online stores and custom systems: 3–8 weeks depending on scope. You get a delivery date with your quote, and weekly demos so you always know exactly where things stand.

Do I own what you build?

Yes — completely. The website, the code, the design, the domain, the accounts: everything is registered to you and handed over at the end. If we part ways, you lose nothing.

Will I need a developer to run it?

No. Everything I build is designed for a non-technical owner to run alone — that's the standard. Lumelle's owner manages the entire store solo: products, orders, discounts, refunds.

What if I need changes later?

Small changes are quick and cheap. Bigger ones get a clear quote, same as the original project. If you want ongoing peace of mind, a monthly care plan covers updates, backups, security and small changes.

Which languages do you work in?

We can talk in Kurdish or English. Your website can be in Kurdish, Arabic and English — with proper right-to-left layouts, which most developers get wrong. It's a specialty of mine.
